HAS Sustainable Management Plan
VRA, as a subconsultant to Ricondo & Associates, was part of the on-call planning team for the Sustainable Management Plan services for George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P Hobby Airport (HOU).
VRA participated in the foundation plan, determining mission, goals and vision statements; assisted with drafting the communications plan; provided support for focus and analysis of the survey instrument; coordinated and participated in internal workshops and public engagement meetings, providing staging of the meetings, graphic design support for signage, and day-of support with managing attendees
