Fort Bend Transit Marketing Services
Due to lack of prior research having been performed in the area, VRA performed a Market Research study, identifying the core demographics and categorizing the county population into audience groups to assist with marketing efforts. The study also included a Ridership Survey to gather insight and data from Core Riders. VRA performed a Brand Audit of FBT, measuring the recognition and overall receptiveness of the services imagery and brand. The audit led to a rebranding of the service, with a new logo, expanded color scheme and new messaging. A Branding Guidelines was also developed for the organization to ensure consistent brand representation moving forward.
VRA is now moving forward with strategy development for the marketing plan, which will incorporate public relations, marketing, media buying and advertising creation, special events, and dedicated social media strategies.
